Qualifications:
– Certificate III in Children’s Services
About:
I’m originally from Iran and came to Australia as a refugee in 2002. I am a wife and a mum of two beautiful children. I am a friendly and funny person. My colleagues describe me as a “person that makes them smile and laugh each day”.
I completed my certificate III in Early Childhood Education at TAFE, in 2004 and worked in casual and part- time roles at a number of different centres.
I joined WLDCC in 2013 as a permanent, part-time educator. In this role, I have gained so many amazing experiences that have impacted me in a wonderful way. I love my role because I have the opportunity to see children develop from babies to young people. Most importantly, I have the opportunity of building secure and reciprocal relationships with children and their families.
The most special thing about working for WLDCC is seeing the strong and supportive connections between the children, staff and families. We are like a big family, with different cultures and backgrounds, which makes us so unique and special. The love and friendship between us is so strong and valuable to me.
My goal is to be able to help each child feel secure, safe and supported, so that they can freely develop, grow and reach their full potential.
